Individual counselling is for people who want to work on themselves. Would you like to know how to manage your life differently? Do you want to make sense of your feelings and your thoughts? Are you unhappy, angry or sad and needing to get to the bottom of things? I can help you.

If you want to be mentally well it is really important to understand yourself and to know what you need. Also how to get what you need. Counselling can help you to work things out. Furthermore it can support you with making decisions and changes that will improve your sense of wellbeing.. 

Marriage and relationship counselling is for couples. Particularly for if your relationship is struggling to recover from past hurts. Or for when you have got stuck in patterns of unhelpful behaviours. If you have it is likely that both you and your relationship are suffering. Relationship counselling can really help you to start listening to each other, improve your communications and begin to resolve things.

Counselling sessions are completely confidential with the exception of disclosures of harm to yourself or others.
